Have you ever wanted to sleep in a train station? This is a boarding call for all train and railway history enthusiasts. Clarendon Station is one of the last remaining stations (besides the one located in downtown Kingston) on the former Kingston & Pembroke Railway. The station has been lovingly restored to reflect the architecture of its day but with all the modern amenities one might desire. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique building. The space: Clarendon Station was a railway village on the former K & P Railway Line which took shape in the 1870s. This newer station was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway in and around 1917, after the original station had burned down.This place is a cyclist’s dream. Step out the door and explore some of the most beautiful scenery the K & P recreational trail has to offer. There are many popular loops to cycle using the station as a home base. Ample space in the large freight room to lock bikes up safely at night.
